I enjoyed dining at a lovely restaurant with delicious food and helpful staff, also found essential amenities like a safe and high ceilings, plus a convenient location close to the train station.

We have booked double room with really nice facilities. The location was really handy, excellent next to Termini station and overlooking the inside. There was Imperium Pub, located nearby, where we relaxed. The in-house restaurant offered 

Immaculately clean place with very efficient staff members and inside views. Good and tasty meals.

Charming old and extremely convenient place, I liked to be here.

The room was extremely pleasant and brand-new, included with a very comfortable mattress, the shower, bedroom. The breakfast was varied and above average with delicious offerings, great coffee, jams, had everything you could want. 

When we visit Rome, like staying here. This place is beautiful old and very upscale and the staff are extremely helpful. It has absolutely perfect central location also on the Metro to Vatican etc.

The varied breakfast was above average and offered delicious choices. the cappuccino and coffee were great. - the staff were extremely helpful. - the hotel's central location was close to shops, restaurants, and other must-see sites. 

The place was extremely convenient, with very attentive staff at the reception desk. the hotel's location was perfect, so close to Roma Termini, Metro and HoHo bus stops.

The room I stayed in was well decorated with a very comfortable mattress. the hotel had very nice facilities, such as a safe and a high ceiling. the hotel was located in an exceptionally nice place, near the train station. 

5 minutes walking from the but station. Rich breakfast with delicious offerings, perfect and nice location.

The staff were absolutely courteous. the room was beautifully decorated and had wake-up service. - Good service was provided. - the location was incredible, with Ciampino airport just 20 km away.

Excellent location near Termini station, helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, easily adjustable temperature. Convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Good size rooms with tasteful decoration. Helpful and friendly reception staff, with English 

There was nothing about our bedroom which was 4 star, more like 2 star. So small it didn't even have a wardrobe, just a hole with a curtain covering it. There was no shower, just a hand held attachment over the bath but because of the slope of the walls you couldn't stand up in the bath. When i asked to use the bath i was told that there was an extra charge for using the jacussi part. The window was a slit, which i had to bend down to see out of as it was so low. Airco was so loud we couldn't hear the TV but didn't actally do anything & we couldn't switch it off Kept us awake. TV channels were only in Italien, signal was so poor from the english speaking ones you couldn't watch it.A terrible room considering we were paying 4 star prices. Staff not interested i our complaints. No free internet access. Small swimming pool on roof was actually a tub where maybe 5 people could put their feet in! There was 5 sunloungers for the whole hotel to sunbath on. How this hotel got its 4 star rating and pices i honestly do not know.

Excellent location, just a short walk away from an oval amphitheatre. Liked very convenient area. Early check in and good service. Steam baths and a sauna were available at extra cost.
